Yes, that is the point. Night and weekend supplements, overtime tiers, mandatory breaks, rest-time between shifts and per-contract differences are encoded as rules. Every stamp shows which rules fired, so audits are painless.
Employees request in the app, balances and blackout periods are checked automatically, and approved absence updates the schedule and the payroll export. Sickness, vacation, time-off-in-lieu and unpaid leave are all first-class.
